La Dolce Vita: Beyond Rome

Shared by Steve & Deb · Colbert · 5 stops

We’re returning to Italy, but this time we’re trading the familiar sights for a little la dolce vita off the beaten path! After a quick two-night reunion with Rome, we’re heading south to discover the magic of Puglia. From the dramatic seaside cliffs of Polignano a Mare and the colorful fishing harbor of Monopoli to the whitewashed hilltop beauty of Ostuni and the Baroque charm of Lecce, this adventure is all about wandering ancient streets, discovering hidden coastal treasures, savoring incredible Italian cuisine, and enjoying a glass of wine—or two. Thirteen days, five destinations, countless plates of pasta, and absolutely no reason to hurry. Andiamo!
